If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend Dale Carson Law, especially Legal Assistant James Fluker. When I first received my traffic tickets, I had every intention of representing myself because I wasn't sure I could afford legal representation. I called simply to ask questions and understand my options. James never pressured me. Instead, he was honest, straightforward, and took the time to explain what he thought could be done for my case. At the time, I couldn't afford to move forward right away. Rather than turning me away, he had my court date extended so I had time to come up with the money. That meant a lot to me and showed me that he genuinely cared about helping people. I had spent the last six months working hard to keep my driving record in good standing while trying to lower my insurance premiums, so one simple mistake had the potential to cost me hundreds of dollars. Yeah... not in this economy! 😂 James took so much stress off my shoulders, and I truly can't explain how much peace of mind that gave me. One citation was completely dismissed, and on the other I received no points on my license and only have to pay $100 in court costs.
