We deal with many cases where folks are certainly not innocent of an offense. Many of our cases, they simply come through and it’s pretty clear that they committed the offense that they are accused of. However, that is not the be-all, end-all. What really matters in a case isn’t always guilt or innocence, because sometimes that’s very clear cut. Sometimes it’s much more about mitigating the offense to get it to an appropriate outcome. Even if someone is guilty, that doesn’t mean that the punishment is always the same. And if you have the right lawyer and we present the case the right way, we may be able to significantly benefit our clients in terms of where it goes, regardless of guilt or innocence.
