What are my Miranda rights?

I taught interview interrogation for the FBI for a number of years and I will tell you now that I can give your Miranda Warnings in a way that will make you want to talk to me. So, Miranda Warnings although they are advising you you have a right to remain silent, that you have a right to an attorney and you have a right to stop questioning at any time. All of those kinds of rights, it can be told to you in a way that make you feel comfortable answering questions. Don’t do that. You have the right to remain silent. That’s the most important aspect of those rights. Engage that when you confront law enforcement.
