Burglary is breaking into a house, a dwelling, but it is also breaking into a car, burglary, breaking into an unoccupied dwelling or an occupied dwelling. Typically breaking into an occupied dwelling is home invasion robbery, so we need to be very careful with those use of terms because in Florida, a burglary can be a life felony.
